Whether you enjoy writing, singing, dancing, skating, or clogging. Our creative outlets keep us sane. These hobbies are more than just that, they define who we are as artists. I attend an open mic night at Da Poetry Lounge every Tuesday night in L.A. and the community there is awe-inspiring. There are performances ranging from singing to rapping to simply sharing stories. L.A. is full of artists pursuing their dreams or simply living them. These Tuesday nights keep me going for the rest of the week and I'm glad to have connected with people who share the same passion of story-telling through music, writing, and speaking.
